WINTER TRAINING

Join HRRA at our Winter Training sessions for Juniors or Adults.  Races are often won from the foundation created in the winter so join us for erging, weight/circuit training and some time in the tanks.  Juniors start on Wednesday, January 4th at 5:30pm and Adults start on Tuesday, January 3rd at 5:30pm.
