Food Tent
With the start of the 2011 Fall Season we have implemented a new Food Tent system based primarily on volunteer donations. As part of the 10-hour Family Volunteership program expected from each Rower’s family, we will be accepting food donations for the upcoming races. Below is a general list of food items that will compose the menus throughout the season. Each week a more detailed list of items needed for the next race will be posted for volunteer sign-up. Please check back to make your hours count! And don’t feel limited by the list below, we always welcome healthy suggestions.
ARA Food Tent Donations
Breakfast Items (V) denotes vegetarian
- Egg Frittata (no meat)
- Baked Egg Dishes (no meat)
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Mixed Berry or Fruit Oat/Granola Crisp
- Muffins, Breakfast Breads (zucchini, banana, nut, etc.)

- Cold Cereals: Small boxes
- Fresh Fruit: Bananas, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Seasonal Fruits
