Please join HRRA to clean up the waterfront along the boathouse stretch on Saturday, April 17th from 9am to noonish.
This will be our 6th year holding a River Sweep and it is still alarming how much garbage we clean up each year … Please help make the boathouse grounds beautiful for your athletes and their families to enjoy this
regatta season!
This year HRRA will award the scholastic team that has the largest number of volunteers with a gift certificate to Vespoli – any number up to 25 will receive a $25 gift certificate, 26 to 50 will receive a $50 gift certificate and any number over 50 will receive $75.
In addition to grounds keeping we also need volunteers to bring tools for clearing brush along the south edge of the dock and for taping and plastering the “trophy” cases in the Regatta Room (HRRA will provide the tape and plaster).
Your time counts towards service hours (for HRRA programs as well as rack assignments) so take the time now to help the Hudson, help the boathouse and get your service hours in early!
Sign up using HRRA’s online system, click here. , or just show up!
